Our team
With the reorganization that Quality is everyone's responsibility; everyone performs appropriately, on time, first time, each time; Continuous refinement of internal processes and methodologies are encouraged. Quality has always held the center-stage at Cosoft . Our belief is that finally quality is measured by how successfully we satisfy our customers. Our aim is to provide services that consistently meet or exceed the needs of both our external as well as our internal customers through the efficient use of our resources and effective use of our processes.

Conceptualization
Here we involve a cross functional team of professionals from strategic planning to technology areas. A number of concepts are developed and discussed with the customer such as indexes and key word or field. As we develop these potential solutions, the customer is closely involved in this process. Once this is finalized, we move on to the building or the development stage.

Streamline processing
We have formed a streamline processing of quality certification, which includes Planning, Organization, Implementation and Controlling.

For the process of Planning, we make a precise plan, which specified to each step of work, includes:

• Planning of revenues, costs and results;
• Integrated overall corporate planning; budgeting; ratio analysis.
• Defining / redefining the business requirements, features, benefits and the overall goals of the project, so business goals and IT priorities are aligned.

For the process of organization, we make the full of our people's merit and give the proper work to the proper people to ensure that every one could enjoy his work and give our custom a satisfied result:

• Discussing how we should work together;
• Looking at the pros and cons of your existing systems and other systems you may have been considering;
• Providing a draft specification and cost estimate for your feedbac

In the process of Implementation, Our team uses their high educated knowledge to complete the work with their responsibility.

In the process of Controlling:

• We have ongoing coordination with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress and to take any changes into account.
• We seek feedback on a regular basis and integrate this into the development process along with risk and quality management.
